These terms apply to your use of sawtoothshinecleaning.com and to cleaning services provided by Sawtooth Shine Cleaning in Meridian, Idaho and the surrounding area.

Using this website

The content here is provided for general information about our services. We keep it accurate and current as far as we reasonably can, but nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Online estimates and quotes

• Prices shown in the online booking form are estimates only, based on the options you select.
• A firm price is given in writing after a free site walkthrough and covers the scope described in that quote.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only carried out once you approve it.
• Submitting the booking form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed when we reply to you.

Online booking discount

The 10% online booking discount applies to the first clean booked through this website. It cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to third-party charges or materials quoted separately.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the space at the agreed times, including keys, codes or alarm instructions where needed. If we cannot access the space at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as completed and charged.

Cancellations

Recurring cleaning runs month to month unless you have signed a longer service agreement, in which case the notice period and term are the ones written into that agreement. On a month-to-month arrangement either side can end it with reasonable notice. For individual visits, please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule so the slot can be reused.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Card payments are processed by a third-party provider. Late payment may pause scheduled service until the account is settled.

Putting things right

If any part of a clean does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return and correct it at no additional charge. This is our first remedy in any service dispute.

Your property

We treat your building and its contents with care. Please secure cash, jewellery, confidential files and other valuables before a visit, and tell us in advance about fragile items, delicate finishes or surfaces that need a specific product.

Limits

Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount charged for the visit that the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
