What contract terms do you offer?
Whatever fits your business. Book a one-time clean with no commitment, run month to month, or sign a longer service agreement if you would rather lock in your rate and your slot. Ken will talk both options through at the walkthrough and put whichever you pick in writing.
What types of commercial spaces do you clean?

How do you handle pricing?
The online booking form gives you an instant estimate. Ken then walks the space, agrees the scope with you in writing and confirms one flat price. Nothing gets added to your bill without your say-so.
How much do I save by booking online?
Booking through the website takes 10% off your first clean. The discount is applied automatically in the booking summary — no code needed.
What is included in a standard clean?
Vacuuming and mopping, trash removal, dusting of surfaces, restroom cleaning and a break room wipe-down. Anything beyond that is quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for.
Who actually cleans my space?
Ken Dunkin, the owner. No subcontractors and no rotating crews — the same person cleans your building every visit and answers the phone when you call.
What if something is not cleaned right?
Call or text within 24 hours and Ken comes back to put it right at no extra cost. One person doing the work means there is nobody to pass the blame to.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Evenings, early mornings and weekends are all available so your staff and customers are never working around a mop.
